This document is a contract between you and i-Express Fidelity community (hereinafter referred to as "i-Express Fidelity Community Membership" and contains the prevailing terms, conditions and regulations governing the i-Express Fidelity Community Membership program.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN BY VISION MULTIMEDIA SDN BHD AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES. YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN AND SHALL BE BOUND BY THEM BY THE USE OF YOUR I-EXPRESS MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION.

THE I-EXPRESS FIDELITY COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM IS DESIGN FOR ITS MEMBERS, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE VALUE THAT ACCUMULATED WILL NOT BE PAID TO YOU IN CASH FORM. THERE IS NO CASH VALUE ASSOCIATED WITH THE MEMBERSHIP. VALUE IS RECORDED AT ACCOUNT LEVEL IN OUR SYSTEM.
