This Privacy Policy Statement ("the Privacy Policy Statement") governs by i-Express Fidelity Community which offered by Vision Multimedia Sdn Bhd (790694-X) (VMSB). The Customer's personal information is collected in order to ensure that the Customer of the i-Express Members is able to enjoy access to the i-Express i-Mall. This Privacy Policy Statement is issued to reinforce the i-Express’ commitment to the policy of protecting at all times the confidentiality, integrity and security of the information provided by Customer to VMSB. 1. SECURITY OF INFORMATION 1.1 SECURITY PROCEDURES IS IN PLACE IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE i-Express is committed and using its best endeavors to maintain high level of system security in order to ensure that all transactions performed by the customers are secure and confidential at all times. To this end, the Vision Multimedia has its process and procedure in place. Also, the system control is in place to ensure security and confidentiality of the Customer's information at all times. These security standards and procedures shall be maintained notwithstanding that the i-Express-Members relationship may have been terminated or otherwise ended. Nevertheless i-Express hereby expressly advises the Members that VMSB does not have control over the computer, computer software, systems and other incidentals used by the Members to access the i-Express website and further that transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, warranted or represented to be absolutely secure. 1.2 Data Integrity To ensure data integrity, important Customer's information provided is validate and is stored accordingly whereby the Vision Multimedia will assure that the information will enjoy the high standard of confidentiality, integrity and security. 1.3 LIMITED EMPLOYEE ACCESS i-Express maintains stringent procedures authorizing only such employees who are strictly relevant or required to access the Customer's information on a need-to-know basis. VMSB employees have been educated on the Customer's right to privacy and confidentiality. Any breach by the employee of the Vision Multimedia policies would subject the employee to such disciplinary action as the Vision Team Group may consider appropriate. 2. 3. COLLECTION AND THE USE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATIONS i-Express memberships i-Loyalty program respect the privacy of its Members. It is part of the i-Express Membership Terms & Conditions, Members shall aware of these Terms & Conditions. Any of this information may be used by, and shared between i-Express and its Business Partners where necessary to operate the program in order to provide Members with services relating to the program, to communicate with Members, to status Members, to promote offers to Members, to fulfill Members' requests including redemption orders and for identification purposes.
