  Recommended System Requirement

  1. PC with windows 2000, XP and above.
  2. RAM with at least 256Mb and above.
  3. Internet connection speed with at least 384kbps and above.
  4. Internet Browser with Internet Explorer 6 and above or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and above.
  5. Best viewed with resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

  Online Registration as i-Express member

  1. Click at  Register Now.
  2. Read the Terms & Conditions and make declaration, if agree then click on   "I agree " .
  3. Fill up all the required fields and click on   "Submit "  .
  4. Message will appear as "Registration successful".
  5. Please key-in your registered username (primary email) and password and click on   "Login " .

  Offline Registration as i-Express member

  1. Click at   "First time Login " .
  2. A message prompt up to advise customer to register username,
  3. Customer is required to key in mobile number and chosen temporary password.
  4. Customer is required to enter username, create password and security questions.
  5. Customer is required to check and update profile.

  Purchase Now

  1. If you are a member, please login using your registered username and password.
  2. If you are a non-member, please click on  Register Now,
  3. Click on  "i-Mall" at the global menu to view the product lists e.g. Winet Pre-paid Coupon.
  4. Click on the product e.g. Winet Pre-paid Coupon.
  5. Fill up all the necessary details and click   "Submit" .
  6. View the transaction summary, If ok then click   "Pay Now "  and if need to amend then click on   "Edit "  .
  7. After click on   "Pay Now " , the site will direct customer to RHB payment site.
  8. Please fill up all your credit card information and click on "Pay " .
  9. If purchase successful, the i-receipt will be display like below.

  Forgot username and password

  1. Click on  Forgot Username?  or   Forgot Password?
  2. Tick on "Username?or "Password?or "Both?
  3. Fill up your Full Name, Identity Number and Mother Maiden´s Name, please click on "Submit " .
  4. The username and temporary password will be send to your registered primary email address.

  View Transaction History

  1. After you make a purchase, you can view your TRANSACTION HISTORY.
  2. Click on View Transaction History.
  3. All the purchase detail will display.

  Change password

  1. Click on  Change Password.
  2. Key in old password and new password.
  3. Click on "Submit" .
  4. You are successfully changed your password.
  5. You are not allowed to create previously used password.

  Update Profile

  1. If there is any changes, please update your profile accordingly.
  2. Click on Update Profile at the top menu bar.
  3. Fill up your update profile such as address and etc.
  4. Then click on "Update " .
  5. Your profile is successfully updated.
  6. Customer is allowed to update the non-mandatory field.
