Recommended System Requirement

Online Registration as i-Express member
- Click at Register Now.
- Read the Terms & Conditions and make declaration, if agree then click on "I agree " .
- Fill up all the required fields and click on "Submit " .
- Message will appear as "Registration successful".
- Please key-in your registered username (primary email) and password and click on "Login " .
Offline Registration as i-Express member
- Click at "First time Login " .
- A message prompt up to advise customer to register username,
- Customer is required to key in mobile number and chosen temporary password.
- Customer is required to enter username, create password and security questions.
- Customer is required to check and update profile.
Purchase Now
- If you are a member, please login using your registered username and password.
- If you are a non-member, please click on Register Now,
- Click on "i-Mall" at the global menu to view the product lists e.g. Winet Pre-paid Coupon.
- Click on the product e.g. Winet Pre-paid Coupon.
- Fill up all the necessary details and click "Submit" .
- View the transaction summary, If ok then click "Pay Now " and if need to amend then click on "Edit " .
- After click on "Pay Now " , the site will direct customer to RHB payment site.
- Please fill up all your credit card information and click on "Pay " .
- If purchase successful, the i-receipt will be display like below.

Forgot username and password
- Click on Forgot Username? or Forgot Password?
- Tick on "Username?or "Password?or "Both?
- Fill up your Full Name, Identity Number and Mother Maiden´s Name, please click on "Submit " .
- The username and temporary password will be send to your registered primary email address.
View Transaction History
- After you make a purchase, you can view your TRANSACTION HISTORY.
- Click on View Transaction History.
- All the purchase detail will display.
Change password
- Click on Change Password.
- Key in old password and new password.
- Click on "Submit" .
- You are successfully changed your password.
- You are not allowed to create previously used password.
Update Profile
- If there is any changes, please update your profile accordingly.
- Click on Update Profile at the top menu bar.
- Fill up your update profile such as address and etc.
- Then click on "Update " .
- Your profile is successfully updated.
- Customer is allowed to update the non-mandatory field.
