I hereby warrant and confirm that the information concerning my personal details as provided in my Application as per the date submitted for the i-express membership are accurate, current, complete and I further represent that I have legal capacity to create binding legal obligations. I further acknowledge and agree that based on such disclosure, I shall be personally liable and responsible for any dispute and liability concerning the said information disclosed by me.

If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text of terms and conditions of this Agreement and any translation thereof, the English text shall prevail.
